Where are you based?
We’re based in Sweden.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Good things take time. Pre-orders are open from the 1st to the 14th of every month. After that:

  • 2 weeks for production

  • 2 weeks for international and domestic shipping
    → About 4 weeks from order to your door.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your package is on its way from Sweden to your home, you’ll receive a PostNord tracking link.

Will I need to pay any additional taxes or duty fees?
If you’re in Sweden or the EU: unlikely.

If you’re elsewhere: check your local customs rules.

Is your canvas bag responsibly made?
We don’t do fast fashion. Everything is made to order to reduce waste. No extra stock. No landfill guilt.

What are the washing instructions?

Care Instructions:

  • Spot clean only if possible

  • If necessary, hand wash gently in cold water

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry; air dry only

  • Do not iron directly on the print

Can I Change or Cancel my Order?

You can cancel or edit your order within 3 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Go to your Account on the top right → Orders → Select your order → Click Cancel or Edit

 

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Just let us know at checkout, put your information in Special Instruction —we can skip the invoice and add a note if you want.
